Activity summary:

The International Baccalaureate Organisation (IBO), a nonprofit educational foundation based in Geneva, offers the Diploma Programme for students in the final two years of secondary school (ages 16-19) and the Middle Years Programme for students in the 11-16 age range.
Because of the comprehensive and balanced nature of the curriculum and the world class imprimatur conferred through objective assessment, the IBO serves both the mobile international community and a growing number of schools in national systems across the globe. As a membership organisation, the IBO provides teacher training and information seminars, electronic networking and other services to some 630 participating schools in 84 countries.
