Activity summary:

Established in Geneva since 1986, OMCT/SOS-Torture is a world organisation formed under Swiss law. At the end of 1992 there were 165 associations affiliated to its worldwide network. Most of these NGOs have their Secretariats in Third World countries and in Eastern Europe.
OMCT/SOS-Torture is supported by membership fees and contributions from Swiss federal, Cantonal and Municipal authorities, other European governments, donations from private sources, businesses, foundations and individuals.
